Terms and Conditions of Thanksgiving Bundle Pack

The Airwallex x Get Started HK Thanksgiving Bundle Offer (the “Offer”) is provided by Get Started HK Limited (“Get Started HK”). You may participate in the Offer by registering via the dedicated page of the Offer: https://getstarted.hk/thanksgiving-bundle-offer/. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms, and the general GSHK terms and conditions.  

1. Who is eligible to participate in the Offer? 
   You are eligible to participate in the Offer and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied within the Offer Period (as defined below)
   1. You have enrolled in the Offer through the dedicated page for the Offer via this link:  https://getstarted.hk/thanksgiving-bundle-offer/ during the Offer Period (as defined below); 
   2. You are deemed eligible to participate in this promotion, following savia written confirmation from Get Started HK, following satisfaction of all requirements 
   3. You must not have any prior or existing negative history with Get Started HK nor Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited (“Airwallex”). Negative history includes but is not limited to, any instances of account suspension, restriction, closure, or banning by either entity; and/or the termination of any business relationship initiated by Get Started HK or Airwallex due to problematic conduct or breach of contract by you.

Get Started HK reserves the right to refuse any Eligible Customer from participating in the Offer for any reason and without prior notice. 

2. Offer Scope and Limitations
   1. The Airwallex x Get Started HK Thanksgiving Bundle Offer (the “Offer”) is a collaborative promotion strictly provided by Get Started HK Limited and Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited. This Offer specifically refers to the combination of: (i) company formation services rendered by Get Started HK, and (ii) the dedicated referral service to only Airwallex for business account opening. No other neo-bank or financial institution referral is included or implied by this Offer. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued by Get Started HK in the event that your application for an Airwallex business account is rejected by Airwallex. This clause is subject to the full Disclaimers of Liability (Clause 5).
   2. The promotional pricing constitutes a 50% discount applied exclusively to Get Started HK’s service fee, with the client remaining responsible for all mandatory government fees and third-party costs. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued by Get Started HK in the event that your application for an Airwallex business account is rejected by Airwallex. This clause is subject to the full Disclaimers of Liability (Clause 5).

3. Offer Period 
   1. This Offer is scheduled to start on 3 November 2025, at 00:00 Hong Kong Time (“HKT”); and end on 30 November 2025, at 23:59 Hong Kong Time (“HKT”)
   2. Get Started HK reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer period, or otherwise modify the duration of the Offer, upon reasonable notice.

4. In most cases, Airwallex will directly communicate and engage with the referred client for issue resolution, information requests, and the completion of their account opening process. While Get Started HK may, at its discretion and upon request from you, offer to liaise with Airwallex officers for assistance in resolving issues, you acknowledge and agree that Get Started HK has no control over Airwallex’s processes or decisions.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
   1. You acknowledge and agree that Get Started HK shall not be held responsible or liable for any consequences, damages, losses, or unfavorable results arising from or related to your application for an Airwallex business account. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • The approval or rejection of the account application by Airwallex.
        
      • Any delays in the account opening process caused by Airwallex’s procedures or requests for information.
        
      • Any decisions, actions, or policies implemented by Airwallex after the account has been opened.
        
      • Any consequences resulting from any of Airwallex’s terms, conditions, or policies.
   2. Get Started HK explicitly disclaims any liability for outcomes or decisions made by Airwallex at any stage of the account application process, including after the account is opened and operational.
   3. You understand that Airwallex retains sole and full discretion in approving or rejecting any business account application. Get Started HK provides referral services and limited assistance but does not guarantee account approval.
   4. Get Started HK strongly recommends that clients review Airwallex’s terms and conditions, acceptable use policy, privacy policies, and any other relevant Airwallex Terms & Policies before proceeding with an account application.
   5. Get Started HK shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from Airwallex’s decisions, actions, or policies regarding the account. 
   6. Account approval commitment applies to Airwallex account approval only. Does not include time required for Ownership Activation (ie handover to client), or Airwallex Payment Services activation.

6. Client Responsibilities
   1. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information as required by Airwallex for their account application.
   2. You agree to cooperate fully with Airwallex during the account opening process and to respond promptly to any requests for information or clarification.

7. Companies Registry Delays 
   1. You acknowledge that the Hong Kong Companies Registry may randomly request any newly incorporated company to provide reasons or explanations for its incorporation. This procedure is entirely outside the control of Get Started HK and may increase the time required for company incorporation. You agree to hold the Service Provider (Get Started HK) free from any responsibility for any delays caused in such situations.

8. Get Started HK reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued engagement in the process after such notice shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms. By engaging Get Started HK for the Airwallex x Get Started HK Thanksgiving Bundle Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Get Started HK reserves the right to have final and full discretion to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms:
   • You will operate the business legitimately and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The business will not participate in any form of bribery, corruption, or illegal activities. 
   • Your business will not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, use of false documents, selling counterfeit goods, etc.
   • You shall declare that the passport and address proof provided are true and genuine. Please note that Get Started HK will screen the passport with an International AML system. The system will automatically forward the fake passports and contact details to both the Chinese authorities and local enforcement unit.
   • If any of the above are identified, Get Started HK reserves the right to terminate the business relationship immediately, no notice needed. No refund shall be issued.

10. AssistPro
    • AssistPro is an exclusive service offered by Get Started HK to facilitate and expedite the Airwallex business account opening application process for referred clients, while enhancing the accuracy of the information provided to Airwallex.
    • Clients choosing to use AssistPro agree to provide Get Started HK with all necessary information, documentation, and access required to complete the Airwallex application on their behalf accurately and comprehensively.
    • While Get Started HK assists in the application process through AssistPro, the responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided remains solely with you.
    • You acknowledge that Get Started HK is acting as a facilitator in using AssistPro and that the final submission of the application will be based on the information provided by you.
    • While AssistPro aims to improve efficiency and accuracy, AssistPro does not guarantee the approval of the Airwallex account. The final decision regarding account approval or rejection rests solely with Airwallex.
    • Get Started HK shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the application arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, even when using AssistPro.
    • The use of AssistPro does not alter the disclaimers of liability outlined above regarding Airwallex’s decisions, actions, or policies.
    • By utilizing AssistPro, you consent to the sharing of their information with Get Started HK and Airwallex for the purpose of the account application.
    • Get Started HK will handle your information in accordance with its own privacy policy and will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the data within the AssistPro portal to the extent of its control. Clients are also advised to review Airwallex’s privacy policy.

11. Individualized Services and Procedural Differences: Get Started HK provides services based on the specific facts and circumstances of each client’s matter. Consequently, you acknowledge and agree that procedural variations may occur between different cases, and Get Started HK shall not be liable for any such differences observed across separate client engagements.
    
12. Reference to Website Terms and Other Official Materials: These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the official Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on the Get Started HK website at https://getstarted.hk/terms/, which are hereby incorporated by reference. You further acknowledge that the relationship with Get Started HK may also be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in other official Get Started HK documents (including but not limited to service agreements, engagement letters, and invoices) and any specific terms and conditions detailed in promotional materials provided to you. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the specific agreement or document governing the particular service shall prevail, unless otherwise expressly stated. You are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms and conditions.
