Questionnaire for FATCA

Paypal account holders need to complete FATCA requirements by answering a series of questions and possibly provide documentation.

While this information involves client’s personal tax information, clients will have to fill out the Questionnaire for FATCA, then GSHK will fill out the FATCA form on the Paypal account accordingly.
